We spent a great weekend in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Metz! The location is perfect to walk around and enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars of the city . You can park at the theater parking lot which is 1 minute walk from the apartment. Just cross the wooden bridge and you’re there! Perfect! Gérald is a very reactive and attentive host. I recommend without hesitation.

Rules of Procedure
🕰️ Arrival at 3pm and departure at 11am
The access is without reception at any time by a code lock
However, if necessary, we will be happy to welcome you in person.
The access code is sent to you by SMS or email after validation of the reservation.
🕕 Except in exceptional circumstances, access by code lock is mandatory after 6:00 pm. If you want to, a presentation of the premises can be made the next day.
🛏️ Possibility to sleep with an extra child for free in the king -size bed
🥳 Parties are welcome ⚠️ but with respect for neighbours and regulations on night disturbance.
🐾 May be suitable for pets for an extra charge
The use of a bedding is not provided, and it costs € 40.
♿ The access staircase to the building gate can be bypassed for disabled access.
